Supplier Management

Our supplier management process is based on the “Guidelines for Business Management of Suppliers” and “Business Partner Management Practice Guidelines.” We evaluate suppliers using the QDCS (Quality, Delivery, Cost, Service) criteria, along with the following requirements from the “Supplier Code of Conduct”:

• Incorporation of ESG Clauses: We ensure that contracts with suppliers include Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) clauses.

• ESG Policies and Guidelines: Suppliers are requested to provide documents related to their ESG policies and guidelines.

• Supplier Social Responsibility Commitment: We encourage suppliers to sign a “Supplier Social Responsibility Commitment” to uphold ethical standards.

• Supply Chain Sustainability Assessment: Suppliers are required to complete a “Supply Chain Sustainability Assessment Questionnaire” to assess their sustainability practices.
