Company Fleet Environmental Policy

Our company fleet’s environmental policy is designed to meet the requirements of applicable International and domestic environmental laws and regulations. It is mandatory for all employees, whether on shore or onboard, to adhere to this policy at all times. This commitment ensures that our company fleet complies with environmental protection standards. We actively encourage employees to report any instances of non-compliance and to engage in Environmental Protection (EP) programs responsibly, aiming to prevent pollution and minimize risks to the environment.

Safety and Environmental Management System

As a responsible corporate member of society, KingJims Logistics Limited has established a robust “Safety and Environmental Management System” and “Safety and Environmental Policy” for our cargo ships and shore-based personnel. Energy and Greenhouse Gas Management

In response to the International Maritime Organization’s (IMO) greenhouse gas reduction strategy for the shipping industry, our company has set ambitious targets. The strategy aims for a 40% reduction in carbon emissions (for both existing and new ships) by 2030 and 70% by 2050, with 2008 as the base year. Aligning with these goals, we have formulated our own short-, medium-, and long-term greenhouse gas reduction targets. By 2030, we plan to reduce the fleet’s CO2 emissions by 50% and achieve carbon neutrality by 2050. To ensure transparency and accountability, our compiled emission statistics are verified by reputable third-party organizations such as ClassNK and Clean Cargo.
